Jin Lin, the acclaimed Cantonese restaurant at Regent Shanghai on The Bund, is set to launch its signature menu series, “Epicurean Lab: A Culinary Voyage Across Lingnan,” on 1st November 2025. Each quarter, Chef Ting will meticulously curate three distinctive à la carte dishes that showcase the finest ingredients and time-honoured techniques of Cantonese cuisine, offering diners an immersive journey into the heart of Cantonese gastronomy.
