    万物复苏,挡不住满园春色。今天迎来了凯宾斯基饭店龙苑中餐厅新品的媒体发布酒会,众媒体在快节奏的都市中慢下来,感受着“龙苑”春天的味道。全新菜单纳入康总厨的招牌粤式美馔,且保留了备受赞誉的天府韵味。康总厨来自香港,拥有四十年的国际酒店集团和奢华餐饮业工作经验,工作足迹遍及亚洲各地, 尤其是中国。 其擅长烹饪粤式菜肴,用料讲究,保留正宗粤菜的特色,并注重菜品对健康和养身的效果。
    A decadent comeback. Chef Hong Sai Choi returned to Dragon Palace ready to deliver some of his best acclaimed culinary dishes! Today, Chef Hong delighted an exclusive list of food connoiseurs and savvy foodies. The launch of his new menu, privately hosted in Dragon Palace of Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center, excited and delighted all with the taste for Cantonese delectable cuisine.
     
    康总厨拥有40年餐饮从业经验,曾经在韩国、新加坡、香港、台湾及北京各大城市的众多著名酒店和高级餐厅任职。多年的餐饮从业经验,康师傅带领了一批批优秀的餐饮团队一起领略了以粤菜为主导的中式美食的精粹所在,并将不同地域的口味特色融入到了自己的作品中。在韩国、新加坡、香港、台湾、北京各大知名酒店和餐厅任职期间,他凭着精湛的烹饪技巧和独创风格受到了客人们的称赞,也给多个国家重要领导人们留下了深刻的印象。
    Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center welcomes back Executive Chef Hong Sai Choi to lead his appointment in Dragon Palace Restaurant. Having been working in the Chinese culinary industry for well over 40 years, Chef Hong Sai Choi brings with him a wealth of experience. He has worked in a number of international renowned hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong, Korea,Singapore, Taiwan and Beijing.
    Stirredby the unlimited inspiration of the Chinese culinary arts, he followed the footsteps of his two elder brothers from an early age and entered the industry to much acclaim.
     
    谈到做菜,他认为标准的中餐是必须注重人类五官感觉,如嗅觉、味觉、触觉、视觉、听觉。他很注重和客人的沟通,了解客人的需求、喜好,再根据客人要求设计菜单。他反复强调原汁原味,尊重每一味原料的特点,将每一味原料的优点发挥到极致,是每一位厨师应该做到的。康师傅对自己团队的要求是“不要怕麻烦,耐心地去聆听、去观察、去思考、总结,并反复的尝试,只要真正用心去做菜,最后总会成功的。”此外,康师傅尤其精通美食营养搭配,尤其擅长设计制作色、香、味俱全的营养菜品。 
    康细才师傅曾获得过新加坡中式餐饮烹饪比赛的第一名,也曾与国际知名烹饪节目主持人Martin Yan(甄文达先生)一起合作,在新加坡著名的阿一鲍鱼富临酒家为1800人的豪华慈善晚宴担任主要厨师长,并一起合作过美食烹饪电视节目。
    Chef Hong won the first prize in a Chinese Cuisine Contest in Singapore.He has also cooperated with Chef Martin Yan - one of the most famous Chinese Chefs in the world, to present Chinese cuisine on several television cook shows. Together with Chef Martin, he has catered for a charity dinner of 1,800 guests at the famous Abalone Ah Yat Restaurant in Singapore.
     
    除了烹饪,康师傅还喜欢旅游,每到一个地方一定会品尝当地的美食,并将其改良纳入自己的美食创造中。他也喜欢阅读,特别是关于各国各地美食烹饪方面的书籍。 
    Besides cooking, Chef Hong likes travel around the world. He tastes the finest local food, explores the new culinary trend and develops new creations. He likes reading as well, especially culinary books from all over the world.
