Banyan Group has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Sandra Chen as General Manager of Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin in September this year. In her new role, Ms. Sandra Chen will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, management, and strategic development.
Ms. Sandra Chen brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than six years in hotel operations and management and 14 years in marketing and revenue management. She has held key leadership positions at prestigious international hotel chains, including InterContinental, Marriott, Hilton, and Kempinski. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an extensive understanding of hotel management.
Having joined Banyan Group two years ago, Ms. Sandra Chen previously served as General Manager at Dhawa Quzhou and Angsana Chengdu Wenjiang. She is deeply familiar with the brand standards of Banyan Group and seamlessly integrates its culture into hotel operations. Renowned for her strategic thinking, Ms. Sandra Chen excels in accurately positioning hotels within competitive markets, leveraging their unique strengths to achieve increased market share and foster customer loyalty. Her expertise in marketing strategies and revenue management has consistently driven significant growth in hotel revenue. Furthermore, she adopts a meticulous approach to enhancing service quality and managing operational standards.
