Recently, Marriott International appointed the Ms. Ruby Wang as the General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central.
In the past 18 years in hospitality industry, she constantly exceed herself and perfectly completed the role transition between the owner and hotel management. These different positions made her has rich experience and outstanding insights in the full management process of hotel planning，investment, construction, pre-opening, operation and logout.
In 2020, she was appointed as General Manager of the Westin Beijing Financial Street during the hard period of COVID-19. With her outstanding leadership and high-efficiency, the hotel has successfully completed the overall renovation and she organized series of marketing campaigns with other brands to deliver Westin brand value perfectly. She led team to reach a great achievement of hotel awareness and business performance.
As a female leader, Ms. Wang is dedicated, efficient and thoughtful. She is a lover of sports, music, traditional culture, food and wine.
